Caution - Heat Sensitivity: Our products, especially wax melts, are sensitive to heat. They may melt if exposed to high temperatures for extended periods during shipping or storage.

Incorrect or Missing Items

• Reporting an Issue: If your order arrives with incorrect or missing items, please contact us immediately. You will need to provide your order number and a description of the issue. Reports should be made within 48 hours of receiving your package to ensure timely resolution.

• Limited Inventory: Please note that our products are produced in limited quantities to maintain their unique and high-quality nature. This might affect replacement availability.

• Resolution Options: If an item you ordered is out of stock, you can choose to wait until it is available again. Alternatively, you may select another item of equal or lesser value to replace the one that was incorrect or missing. If neither of these options is suitable for you, this will be the only circumstance under which we offer a refund.
