Our Story

Hi, I’m Nena! ☁️💕

I’m the owner and creator behind Nakayah’s Cozy Corner, a small, veteran-owned business built from my love of books, creativity, and all things cozy.

I’ve always been a creative at heart. Whether I’m reading a romance novel, working on a new design, or getting completely lost in a craft project, creating has always been one of my happy places. Nakayah’s Cozy Corner grew from that love and became a space where I could turn a little bit of that joy into something I could share with others.

Here in the Cozy Corner, I create bookmarks, decorated glass cups, keychains, and other bookish and cozy goodies designed to add a little personality and happiness to your everyday life. I especially love creating pieces that feel cute, fun, and uniquely you.

As a Black woman, Navy veteran, and small business owner, this journey means so much more to me than simply selling products. I’m building something that reflects who I am, gives me room to create, and hopefully becomes a cozy little corner of the internet where other book lovers, creatives, and cozy souls feel at home.
