Shipping policy

At Nakayah, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time:
All orders are packaged and handed over to USPS within 2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Method:
All packages are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery once shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Delivery Issues:
Nakayah is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not able to make changes once your order has been processed.
