Each item is handmade with care, so please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged.

Business days are Monday–Friday (weekends and holidays don’t count), so for example: orders placed on Saturday will start processing on Monday.

Larger or custom orders may need the full 5 business days, but I always do my best to ship as quickly as possible. 🩵

Shipping
• Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.
• Once shipped, most packages arrive in 3–5 business days (USPS timeframes may vary).
• You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way.

Returns & Order Issues
Because my items are handmade and often personalized, all sales are generally final.
If there’s a problem with your order (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.), please email me at support@nakayah.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number, and photos so I can help make it right.
